Classic vintage 9k yellow gold double belt buckle ring. The ring is UK Hallmarked for solid 9k gold, as well as a maker's mark "B. Bros" for Berker Brothers, and was made in London. The width of the ring is 0.7cm. The band is ornately adorned a beautiful filigree designed reminiscent of the Victorian era.

A little bit of history: The Victorian Era marks the lifespan of Queen Victoria from 1837 until her death in 1901. Jewelry was extremely important in the life of the Queen. As a girl, gifts of jewelry and accessories were abundant. These items were of the fashion of the time and not particularly notable but, held great sentimental value. She wore jewelry liberally and abundantly. During this time, seed pearls were usually seen in clusters, to symbolize abundance, much like a vine of grapes. Other motifs in Romantic Period Jewelry included: eyes, hands, hearts, anchors, crosses, arrows, clovers, love knots, garters, buckles, vines, and leaves.
