All items are shipped via USPS within 1-5 business days, with an average shipping time of 2-5 days.
Uninsured shipping is $5 USD. Please kindly note, while shipping insurance is not included, we have added the option at checkout. 23carat is not responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit.
Insured shipping is $25 USD, in case of damage or loss in transit. Items with a value over $1,000 USD will require a signature upon delivery.
You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as the item is shipped.
Worldwide
Shipping is $50 USD for all 23carat items shipped outside of the US, and include insurance + require a signature upon delivery. The customer is responsible for all taxes or duties imposed by the destination country upon delivery.
